Chinese Tea Therapy

The Happiest Natural Treatment

Our Chinese Tea Therapy was pioneered by Professor Wei Ming, a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Hong Kong with over forty years of clinical experience. For over a decade, Professor Wei Ming has focused his research on developing tea-based therapeutic formulas as a sophisticated alternative to traditional medicine. Today, the therapy features 22 unique pure Camellia sinensis tea blends, each meticulously formulated to address a specific imbalance. These targeted remedies treat a comprehensive range of 22 common symptoms, including headaches, throat pain, menstrual discomfort, chronic back or stomach pain, and emotional imbalances.

The keys to successful tea treatment

Tea quality – Our tea is strictly selected by the following criteria:
  • Sexual Reproduction: Suggests the tea plants are grown from seeds, often associated with higher genetic diversity and natural growth
  • First Spring, First Harvest: Indicates the tea leaves are picked early in the spring season, generally considered the highest quality and most tender.
  • Large Aged tree: Implies the tea is sourced from older, well-established tea trees, which often have deeper roots and more complex flavor profiles.
  • Sparse Picking: Suggests a selective, less frequent, or more traditional harvesting method, preserving the quality and ecological balance.
  • Natural Growth: Highlights that the tea plants are allowed to grow naturally, often implying minimal human intervention, pesticides, or fertilizers.
Core brewing method – Use boiling water and brew in one continuous motion

A. Boiling Water True 100°C

B. Steeping

  • Equipment: Use a gaiwan that is comfortable to handle without burning your hands.
  • Warm the Vessel: pre-warm all tea tools.
  • Continuous Steeping: Every infusion must use boiling water. Keep the lid on throughout the process to maintain heat.

C. Tasting & Drinking

  • Drink While Hot: Without burning the mouth, drink the first 5–6 infusions continuously while the tea is still hot.
