Your First Visit:
What to Expect

Your first visit is dedicated to understanding you as a whole person, not just your symptoms.

Detailed Health History: We will discuss your current chief complaint, but also review your overall physical health, emotional state, sleep patterns, digestive function, and energy levels
TCM Diagnostic Techniques: We will use classic, non-invasive diagnostic tools such as query, hara diagnosis, meridian diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis.

Based on the information gathered, your acupuncturist will formulate a personalized TCM diagnosis and treatment strategy.

Needle Insertion: I will use hair thin(0.16mm), sterile needles and you might feel a brief, mild sensation upon insertion, often described as a dull ache, heaviness, or tingle—a sign that the Qi is being activated.
Needle Retention: The needles are typically left in place for 15 to 20 minutes. This is the core healing time. I will guide you to meditate during this time.
Adjunctive Therapies: Depending on your condition, I may incorporate supporting modalities at no extra charge, such as Cupping, Moxibustion (heat therapy), or Acupressure.

After the needles are removed (which is often unnoticed and painless), we will discuss your immediate response to the treatment.

Care Plan: You will receive a recommended treatment frequency (e.g., once or twice a week initially) and any personalized advice regarding diet, stretching, or lifestyle adjustments to maximize the results.
How You Might Feel: It is common to feel a sense of profound calm, deep relaxation, or mild sleepiness immediately following a session. Occasionally, symptoms may shift or briefly intensify as the body begins to rebalance.

Payment is made after each treatment via a QR code, a payment request, or cash.
An appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp. Appointments that are not canceled in time will be charged €30.
